As an individual who is extremely passionate about the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle, my overarching goal is to encourage people to be more active. With over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from a top UK university, I am able to use my experience, underpinned by scientific literature to help my clients achieve their goals. My primary goal is to make exercise an enjoyable process, to support long-term consistency.

I am a multifaceted fitness coach with over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry. By transferring this tried and tested knowledge to my clients, I am able to ensure optimal, sustainable, and most importantly long-term results.
